Submitted April 12, 2015 After years of foot pain for Mortons Neuroma, I met Dr. Latham. What a relief! years of phsyio, foot pads, orthotics, and pain meds. He agreed with me – 5 years of pain was too long. Book this surgery now! His office staff are amazing, like a well oiled machine. Friendly, helpful and on time! surgery wait time was less than three weeks. He checked on me after my surgery, personally, simply amazed by his bedside manner, friendliness and knowledge. If you need a surgeon get him now, I can only imagine with his skill, his waitlist will start to grow!I am less than a week post op and completely happy with my operation and Dr. Latham.RateMDs
Submitted Jan. 7, 2015 Dr Latham performed complicated foot and ankle surgery on my right foot on December 30th. Prior to that I was in constant foot pain. I tried five years of orthotics after a bicycling accident which caused spiral fracture of ankle. I got foot spasms even when wearing orthotic shoes. I got foot spasms in even comfortable on the couch or in bed. It is only one week since the surgery but already I have happily noticed that I have no more foot spasms. I look forward to graduating from non-weight bearing under weight-bearing under Dr Latham’s well-informed, watchful eye. the operating team working with him was wonderful. I insisted on staying awake during the process, having an epidural. The office staff has been caring and competent, beautifully reflecting the quality of his services. Dr. Latham was well worth waiting for as he did an outstanding job. I look forward to a normal life – being able to walk without pain down the street, and barefoot on the beach.
Submitted Sept. 30, 2014 I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Latham. I spent months complaining about the pain and swelling in my foot to my GP who told me that there was nothing wrong. Dr. Latham diagnosed the problem within minutes and using casting I was able to avoid surgery and all of the potential complications associated with it. Now four months after first seeing him, I am walking and the prognosis for a full recovery is very good. He has a great sense of humour and actually talks with you, not at you. He fully explains what the problem is, and what he thinks should be done to solve it.
