Dr. William Taylor

Dr. William Taylor (M.D., FRCSC, FACS) is a Urologist at Richmond General Hospital and Vancouver General Hospital and is a surgical team member at False Creek Healthcare Centre. He is available for urological consults. After completing his medical degree in South Africa, he moved to Canada and completed his residency in urology at the University of Toronto and did a 2 year postgraduate fellowship in stone and reconstructive surgery at the Bowman Gray Medical School in North Carolina.

He provides a range of urology services at our Centre, including vasectomy reversals, Zudiex urethral injection for stress urinary incontinence, prostatectomy, minimally invasive plasma vaporization of enlarged prostate tissue (plasma button procedure), and mid urethral sling for treatment of women with urinary incontinence.

Dr. Taylor is a member of many medical-related societies, including the American Urological Association and the American College of Surgeons, BC Chapter.
