Dr. William Taylor preformed a Plasma Button procedure on my prostate on August 22 and within 36 hours, my urinary function had returned to normal. i.e., normal as in how I was 30 years ago. There is no pain and there was no incontinence even after the first void. This procedure is amazing and I give full credit to the wonderful Dr. Taylor.

I am suffering from heavy and prolonged menustral bleeding. I have had two transfusions in the last three months, and one injection of Lupron and still bleeding. What medical procedures are available at your clinic to help stop menstral bleeding? I live in Calgary and prior to flying out there for a consultation I would like to know the procedures you offer. Thank you

Last December, I had a G&E scope. There had been slowing in the passage of food (often yogurt) about mid-chest, over several weeks. No narrowing or cancer found, but a CT scan of the chest & abdomen was recommended – one reason being an amylase reading in Sept.of 178. Blood was rechecked the following day & I understand it was much improved. My GP was not concerned about the readings.

Often, small areas at the lower-front rib cage, (usually on both sides, not far from the sternum), are sore when pressed. Twisting, bending, or exercising upper body can cause internal mid-section discomfort.

Many upper & lower GI & other x-rays have been done in the past, so am wondering if the following could be options:

    (1) CT of chest (May be necessary to rule out lung cancer). (Our main hospital has a 64-
slice scanner, which presumably would be lower-dose.)

    (2) MRI of abdomen (instead of CT).

    (3) Colonoscopy (I’m eligible for a Colonography only.)

Also wondering if a breast MRI would be recommended, in addition to the regular mammograms.

I am female & in my early 70s. My mother had Paget’s breast disease. I have osteoporosis, had gallbladder removal in the 1970s, & have had bouts of digestive problems over the years – otherwise have felt healthy.

Recommendations, (even if unrelated to those listed above), & the cost of any procedures recommended, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you very much.
